Overview

As part of an agency team, I worked on a wide range of client engagements across multiple industries, contributing UX and UI design support for landing pages, marketing websites, and digital campaigns.

Projects ranged from quick-turn promotional pages to larger website redesigns, each tailored to specific business goals such as increasing traffic, improving engagement, supporting seasonal campaigns, or modernizing brand presence.

The Problem

Across clients, common challenges included:

  • Landing pages that were visually outdated or misaligned with brand direction
  • Pages that lacked clear hierarchy or calls to action
  • Seasonal or promotional content that needed to be launched quickly
  • Websites that no longer supported evolving business goals or user expectations

If given more time per engagement, I would expand user testing and deeper analytics analysis to further quantify impact.
